Graphic Designer / Animator / Digital Creative

Pulling Power Media is a world-class creative marketing agency with a big focus on the balance between powerfully moving creative and sound technical execution. We have worked with exciting IPs such as Marvel, DC, Borderlands, Avatar the Last Airbender, Adventure Time, Cyanide and Happiness, and many more. We are now looking to grow our creative team for 2025.

The ideal candidate should showcase strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for art, design and typography. This candidate will experience working with numerous different design platforms such as digital content, illustration, animating artwork, 3D, performance based paid media creatives, branding and creative problem solving. :

Responsibilities

• Creating and designing campaign ads and banner sets for games and more.
• Animating art for campaign videos, editing video content into effective ad funnel content.
• Creating visually compelling social media posts.
• Cross-collaborating with other creative departments and teams on ad campaigns.
• Collaborating on projects to ensure consistency of designs across various mediums and outlets.
• Maintaining awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media platforms, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
• Portfolio of work showcasing skill sets.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for social media.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (MVP: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic experience with typography, kerning, and typographic best practices.
• Some exposure to Animation (2D/3D) or Motion Graphics.

Bonus Points

• Strong understanding of Animation Principles.
• Proficiency in 3D Programs (Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D). Our team primarily works in Blender.
• A hunger for learning, personal upskilling, and team growth.
• Can draw a mean stick-man fight.
• Appreciates dad jokes.
• Cried when Mufasa died in the OG Lion King movie.
